Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) owned and founded by the Government of India, is an engineering and manufacturing company. BHEL is engaged in the design, engineering, manufacturing, construction, testing, commissioning and servicing of a wide range of products, systems and services for the core sectors of the economy, viz. power, transmission, industry, transportation, renewable energy, oil & gas and defence.

It has a network of 17 manufacturing units, 2 repair units, 4 regional offices, 8 service centres, 8 overseas offices, 15 regional centres, 7 joint ventures, and infrastructure allowing it to execute more than 150 projects at sites across India and abroad. I am Working as safety officer in A Maharatna PSU BHEL since 2008. In present I am  life Member of NSC, National Safety Council, QCFI, Quality circle forum of India, AIMA , All India Management Association . I have won  Indian national suggestion award.   Taking new Initiatives ,Providing Training's to Employees free of cost without  Honorarium  in the company's interests, which has been praised at all the higher levels. Initiating some honorarium funds, the employees have been provided personal protective Equipment.I have been Delivered Lecture  As a keynote speaker in ITI Roorkee, the subject of safety was given and many other areas like Fire Safety, Quality, Environment, Suggestions have received many awards. AS a social worker work for  poor children and for cleaning ganga as the part of NGO such  Swami narayan sewa mission , Shri chitragupta mandal , Sparsh Ganga , Sarva Sewa sangthan and also work for specially Mentally weaker children with abhiprerana foundation.

My Qualification  is  B. Tech ( Mechanical ) , Diploma in mechanical Engineering, Post Diploma in Industrial Safety from RLI ( Regional labor Institute ) Kanpur , Master in Art in Hindi and English.
